This week we will have a Fat Tuesday Pancake Lunch (12-2) and Dinner (5:30-7:30) for Students. On Ash Wednesday we will have a Noon Service from 12:10-12:50 and then Pancake Dinner from 5:30-6:40 with the Service starting at 6:45. We will end by 8:00pm. Each week following the pot-bless meal will be at 6:15 with Service at 7:01.

YPSILANTI – With the holidays on the horizon and gasoline
prices on the rise, residents of Ypsilanti are feeling the pressure to stretch
every last dollar. The people at Cross
and Resurrection church in Ypsilanti have a plan to help ease that pressure—by substantially lowering gasoline prices at
Kampus Korner BP from 9:00AM to noon on Saturday, November 5th.
The discount will be limited to 10 gallons per
customer in order to provide the opportunity to as many people as possible. Members from Cross and Resurrection will be on
hand to man the pumps, run into the store, and provide prayer upon
request. Coffee and donuts will also be
available at the church building a block south of the gas station. |

Once again our congregation will be
filling shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child, a program of Franklin
Graham's Samaritan's Purse.We filled about 20 boxes last year.Shall we see if
we can shoot for 30 this year?You can gather items in the following weeks or
have fun picking out what you will bless a child with all in one day-- The
choice is yours.The last day to bring your filled shoe box to church will be November
13. A list of ideas for filling the boxes can be found on the table next to
the mailboxes.

Boomerang fundraiser to benefit Family Life Services Clinic and Pregnancy
Counseling Center in Ypsilanti. Please
